Damit keine fremde Person deine Daten bekommt, antworten wir nur an die E-Mail-Adresse, die zu deinem SchenkKI-Konto gehört. Schreib uns deshalb von dieser Adresse.
Du nutzt die App ohne Registrierung?
Ein Gastkonto hat keine E-Mail-Adresse, an die wir antworten könnten. Schreib uns in diesem Fall über das Kontaktformular in der App (Kontakt). Es gehört zu deinem Konto, so erkennen wir, welche Daten gemeint sind. Gib im Formular eine Adresse an, unter der wir dich erreichen.

Request a copy of your data
You can request a copy of the data SchenkKI has stored about you at any time (Art. 15 GDPR). It is free of charge, and we answer within one month.
How to request it
Send us an e-mail. The button opens your mail app with a prepared message.
Please write from the e-mail address of your account
So that nobody else can obtain your data, we reply only to the e-mail address associated with your SchenkKI account. Please write to us from that address.
Using the app without registering?
A guest account has no e-mail address we could reply to. In that case, write to us through the contact form in the app (Kontakt). It belongs to your account, so we can tell which data you mean. Enter an address in the form where we can reach you.
